I won't comment on what Jaylithaji did and found guilty, for which she was in jail even she got bail today from SC. If I look at other aspects of this great leader, I like many facets, like she has a great leadership and lead her party with everyones support, I admire the developement she has shown in TN, besides, when she was in jail she didn't behave like a broken women, she respected even a security guards of the jail, one more facet is: she likes reading, moreover, she was a actress who acted in 1 or 2 hollywood and few South Indian movies. The thing I most like about her is her hobby of reading.
Her all time calm and composed look, makes me feel very happy, as if her awareness is broad and expanded. These all things make me to see her as one of the most admirable leader. Example

Law - equal for all (?)
We all respect Sanjay Dutt as a
great actor and as a son of veteran actor Late Sunil Dutt'ji .
I am filled with various thoughts
when Justice Markandey Katju asking for mercy on Sanjay Dutt and writing a
letter to Governor of Maharastra for his mercy. As, Sanjay Dutt is being sentenced 5
years jail, under serious criminal offenses like possessing three AK-56 rifles
and having direct phone call contacts with the key conspirators of Mumbai
serial blast 1993, on the grounds of actually knowing what is going to happen in
Mumbai that time..etc. Once I was filled with a great respect about Justice
Katju, when he asked for justice for two gals on the grounds of "Freedom
Of Expression" on facebook. But this time it gives me a feeling that it is
somewhere bias towards some political party to gain the favor than to be a Justice.
It is inevitable that Bollywood
will come forward asking plea for Sanjay Dutt, as they are co-actor and
actresses and some of them are friends and worked together with Sanjay Dutt's
parents. But the reason "Sanjay has already suffered for long 20 years and
served 18 months in jail" they put forward itself is not viable. As we see
most of the cases in India run for such a long duration it doesn't mean that,
at the end the convicted should be excused or favored. Law is equal for all. If
the decision is altered now, it will simply pass on wrong message to the people
that, if you are actor or businessmen or belong to political party then law
will be different for you.
Be it Markandey Katju or Bollywood stars, It seems they have
forgotten the wounds of ‘93 Mumbai blasts or either they want to veil it for
favor. We agree that there is a ‘mercy factor’ when a criminal is sentenced,
but why this case is drawing so much of our attention, as there are many other
criminals sentenced and might be for life imprisonment, no one talked about
them, Is it only because they are poor? Or not having any political background?
Those cases not even came into limelight.
The question will remain
unanswered if the decision is altered, “it is Mercy or Favor?”

Communication: A therapy
Communication, is a way to touch heart of a person who you are speaking to, is a therapy to heal the heart, mind and soul of a person who is sharing his deeply cherished feelings with you, is a process to win heart of millions, is a tact to snatch million dollar deal when it seems ball is moving in opponents court.
When it comes to communication listening plays a major role. The greatest gift you can give someone is to listen; it is respect that you silently give to that person. In the name of listening, if you try, it merely results in words; I call it as a noise. True listening is the one, when you really try to understand, what the person wants to say? What are his feelings behind it? Are there any ways I can help him out? Are there any ways we can compromise? If the person who you are speaking to is rude and cruel to you; what made him to speak like that? Was there any misunderstanding or lack of knowledge behind it? Is there any way I can make his/her understanding clear and supplement him with a knowledge he needs?
Good listeners are good leaders. It needs equanimity of mind. It needs patience. It needs understanding. When you have all these things you need not go for polishing the things. The courteousy will inevitably be poured in it.
Second major role is played by speaking. The words we use plays important role in results we get out of discussion. If you want to win a person you need to be very careful in choosing words. You need to be down to earth, you must not be arrogant, you need to focus on solutions rather than problems, and you need to use optimum words, cheerfully. True smile that comes from bottom of your heart will adorn the way you present yourself. If you go with these traits your body language and facial expressions will accompany it. You need not put your special efforts in that.
Next important role is played by writing skills in communication. It requires, when it comes to our profession. In telephonic conversation, in meeting, seminars or in other important business communications. It helps a lot in avoiding chaos, stress and to make the things smooth.
When there is a lack of communication skill in family, relationship and in profession; there starts problems; Problems may be stress, resentment, emotional demands, breakage in relationship, loss in business, disappointment, self talks, boredom, feeling of regret, it may lead to smoking & dinking, and in extreme situation it may go beyond this.
It is always a best practice to avoid these things by having well versed communication and understanding with the people we interact. When we communicate with these skills it makes ones day very very special. It is far better to win that person than to win the argument with him/her. Because arguments are like fighting the lost battle, they throw heat, whereas discussions throw light. So, always healthy discussions have that positive charge to heal mind, soul and heart of a person, and they will always remember you.

Be an artist of your life!!
Most of us stay in box all our lives; this box is a result of our programming and conditioning. Sometimes these thoughts are intense, sometimes may not. If we stop these thoughts for a moment, we can realize that there is no reason to be scared at all. In real sense, these thoughts don’t play any role in our life. It won’t make any positive difference in performance, relationships, present situations or forthcoming moments. But, definitely it leads to wastage of our mind power, time and most importantly our present moment.
These intense self talks may hammer your mind with negative questions and may puncture your mind power. So, you need to avoid if’s and but’s, never say this should have been the situation, why this? Why that? Why with me?
We forget that we create our own life; we forget that our thoughts create our experiences. But we can live wisely, if we dare to think wisely. Thinking is just like a reversible jacket. If above thinking is one side, then we can reverse it in a minute. Just customize it.
There are no perfect answers to all our problems. If we are clear that we do not wish to complicate our life, we need to simplify our thoughts. We need to cut down mindless activities and interactions. Continuously, keep watch on your thinking process. Listen to your heart’s guidance and desires. Let you have that guiding force in you. Accept the situation as it is. Do not expect anything from outer world and yourself. Keep trust in your abilities. In future when you think about this moment you will be very happy and proud.
